Your introduction stays private.
Your name, email, participation preferences, and meeting RSVPs are available to authorized organizers. They aren’t shown in the public directory.
You choose what becomes public.
Business details appear publicly only when you give publication permission and an organizer approves the listing. A listing can include your business name, website, region, description, and capabilities. It doesn’t include the personal name or email from your introduction.
Email preferences are separate.
Meeting updates and newsletter interest have separate, optional choices. This website records those preferences; automated newsletters and confirmation emails aren’t connected. An RSVP does not subscribe you to emails.
Essential cookies and hosting
Essential cookies protect forms and keep organizers signed in. This site doesn’t add advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores submissions in its database. For abuse prevention, temporary request counters use a hash of your IP address; the application doesn’t store the raw address in those counters.
Corrections and removal
Organizers can remove a business from the public directory. An organizer contact address will be added here once confirmed. You can also ask an organizer at a Guild gathering.
